About This Program

At “Toadschool: Wahkeena’s Forest School” we have removed the classroom walls and brought our attention to discovering the outdoors – nature is the teacher! Toadschool is a nature-immersive, drop-off program for children aged 5-9. Our small class will spend each session entirely outdoors, learning and exploring. At Toadschool, children have the freedom to create, play, imagine, and engage all their senses while exploring an outdoor environment. Classes take place outdoors in all weather conditions.

Drop Off
Children may be dropped off between 9:30-9:45 a.m.

Pick Up
Children should be picked-up between 11:30-11:45 a.m.

Public Health Emergency Alerts

If the public health emergency alert is Fairfield County is changed to Level 3/Red or above, this program will be canceled.

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Each session is limited to five children.  Your child may be registered for one or more sessions.  Click the preferred date(s) below; you will be redirected to Eventbrite to complete your reservation.  (You do not need to have an Eventbrite account to make a reservation.  If you do not have an Eventbrite account and later wish to change your reservation, you must call 800 297-1883.  If you do have an account, you will be able to change your reservations online.)

Registration for all classes begins Monday 10/5 at 9:00 a.m.  Registration for each session ends at 10:00 a.m. the day before the class.
