2nd Mambourg Winter Hike

Mambourg Park
5531 Cincinnati-Zanesville Rd NE (US-22)

Lancaster, OH  43130

This is the third of three annual winter hikes in our park district.  If you haven’t yet, make these hikes your annual winter tradition with friends and family, including the four-legged ones.  Don’t hibernate, get outside!

Choose your experience.  Walk just one trail – the 1-mile-long Oak Trail (no pets) or the 1.5-mile-long Hickory Trail (pets welcome) or… do both!  Trail conditions will vary based on weather; be prepared with appropriate footwear to hike in muddy, snowy, or icy and slippery conditions.

Then, come into the nature center to warm up with a hot beverage and a bowl of chili.  Those who wish to enjoy refreshments should begin hiking between 10:00-11:30 a.m.  Food will be served from 10:30 until 12:30 p.m.

Please note that pets are not allowed inside the nature center.  See more about pets, below.

Where to Meet
Begin either trail, as you wish.  If you’re not familiar with the park, pick up a trail map inside the nature center.  Enjoy your trek alone, with friends, or even with a friend you meet just today!
