Bring your furry best friends and walk with us! This is a great opportunity to socialize your pup, and you!
Please understand that if your dog is aggressive toward people or other dogs, you will be asked to walk apart from the group.
What to Expect
Paw Paw and Walnut Creek trails combine to form a two-mile loop. There are stairs to the ravine and the terrain is uneven. It is considered easy to moderate. Wear comfortable shoes. The trail could be muddy, so select your footwear to match weather conditions.
The Education Specialist will be doing some interpretation of the native plant and animal life, but it is not necessary to stay in a tight group – everyone may walk at his own pace.

What to Bring
We suggest you bring drinking water. There is no potable water at this location. You may also wish to bring your own snacks, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

Pets
Pets are always welcome at Smeck Park. They must be under control and on a leash no longer than 6’. For the health and safety of all, pick up and properly dispose of pets’ waste.
