Volunteers on Hickory Trail (West Loop)
Group Hike #4 of 2022 Tri-county Series
Wednesday, June 1, 2022 | 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
Mambourg Park
5531 Cincinnati-Zanesville Rd NE (US-22); Lancaster, OH 43130
Walk with friends (some you haven’t met yet) on the first Wednesday of each month from March through November for a group hike at a Fairfield County Park District, Pickaway County Park District, or a Ross County Park District location. The fourth hike in the series of nine walks is at our own Mambourg Park!
Our guide will walk with the group on the 1.5-mile-long Hickory Trail (dogs are welcome). If you want to make further exploration of the park, stay and hike the one-mile-long Oak Trail (pets not allowed).
In Mambourg Park you can expect to see a variety of native wildflowers, mature oak and hickory trees, footbridges, forested areas, a meadow, and the gently rolling Fairfield County hillsides.
