Join a Wahkeena naturalist on a hike to visit the nature preserve’s blooming native orchids. We can expect to find three or four species of Orchid in bloom including the Showy Orchis and Pink Lady’s Slipper. Other topics of Natural History will be discussed along the way. Ages 12+ please. Participants may journey off-trail for small portions of the hike; please be prepared for muddy and slippery conditions. Hike will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.

Bring your own drinking water.
No Pets
Pets are never allowed in any nature preserve.
