On one of the first warm and rainy nights of the year, spotted salamanders wake, leave their winter homes, and migrate to vernal pools to mate. This program is weather dependent and will not take place unless a good migration is confirmed during January, February, or March.
If you would like to be a witness to this amazing phenomenon, use the link below to request notification once the date is determined. It may be a same-day notice!
Using this link does not reserve a place for you in the program, but only puts you on the list to be notified once the migration has started and the date is confirmed. In that notification will be a link to the registration form. Only the first 15 people who register will be accepted. Those 15 who receive confirmation will be given the time and meeting place.

REMINDERS
Our Host, Coyote Run
This program will be held Coyote Run, a private nature preserve. We should not disturb the wildlife inhabitants and native plant life. There is a no alcohol, no smoking, no pets policy. Let’s thank our host by observing these simple requests.
What to Bring
Potable water is not available at this location; bring your own drinking water. It will be a rainy with temperatures probably in the 50s so dress appropriately.
No Pets
Pets are never allowed in nature preserves. Do not bring pets to this event.
