Whether you have just started learning or want to brush up on your skills, this program is for you. We will discuss and practice ways to help identify trees, everything from sight to smell to feel. Be prepared to hike up to two miles, so dress for the weather!

Ages 10 and older. No pets, please (see more about pets below).

What to Bring
Bring your own drinking water. Potable water is not available at this location. Depending on the season, you may wish to bring insect repellent and sunscreen or sunhat.
Pets
Pets are welcome outside and on Hickory Trail. They must be under control at all times and on a leash no longer than 6’. For the health and safety of all, pick up and properly dispose of pets’ waste. Pets are not allowed inside the nature center nor on Oak Trail. | Each program listing will include a note about whether pets are allowed. That is usually determined by the nature of the activity, presentation, or hike, and/or safety issues.
