Ohio is home to six species of swallowtail butterflies: pipevine, zebra, black, giant, spicebush, and two forms of eastern tiger! Each of these butterflies is hidden in a Fairfield County Park District location. Can you find all of them?
Seven Fairfield County Park District locations have swallowtail butterflies hiding in them! Visit at least six of these parks before September 30:
- Cross Mound Park
- Two Glaciers Park
- Arney Run Park
- Smeck Park
- Lockville Canal Park
- Stebelton Park at Rock Mill
- Wahkeena Nature Preserve*

* All parks are open seven days a week during daylight hours. Wahkeena Nature Preserve is open Wednesday-Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is closed Monday-Tuesday.

Pets are welcome at all parks. They must always be under control and on a leash no longer than 6’. For the health and safety of all, always pick up and properly dispose of pets’ waste. Pets are not allowed at Wahkeena Nature Preserve.
