Join a Wahkeena Naturalist for an in-depth look at some of the 32 species of fern that call Wahkeena home, such as the delicate Northern Maidenhair fern and the unusual Southern Adder’s Tongue. Other topics of natural history will be discussed along the way. Meet at 11:00 a.m. at the nature center. Expect the trail to be around 1-mile over uneven terrain. The walk is approximately 90 minutes with frequent stops. Ages 12+

Bring your own drinking water.

Pets are never allowed in a nature preserve.
