Winter Tree ID for Beginners

Mambourg Park
5531 Cincinnati-Zanesville Rd NE (US-22)
Lancaster, OH  43130

The Education staff is very good at identifying trees – they are tall, have bark, and, sometimes, leaves.  If you already know that, how would you like to learn more? Even in the winter when most trees lose their leaves, there are still ways to identify them.  Join us in the nature center for a short presentation followed by a one-mile-long hike on Oak Trail.

Where to Meet
This hike is best suited for ages 18 and older.  Meet in the nature center just before 2:00 so the program may begin promptly.  Please do not brings pets to this program; see below for more about pets.
