Mindfulness practices will be used to help students develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Our aim is to provide a supportive and fun space to cultivate calm, build strength, and connect to nature in an outdoor setting. Gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and playful games will be used to promote connection, relaxation, and self-awareness.
These one-hour-long, beginner-friendly classes are designed for all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. Students are encouraged to modify movements or rest at any time. You will not be pushed beyond your limits or abilities.
Please do not bring pets to this program.

Instructor Jeannie Spencer uses trauma-informed yoga as her modality of choice. She has taught over 1,000 hours of yoga in studios, schools, recovery centers, foster homes, and other organizations.
