Midnight Mothing Foray

Over one thousand species of moths are found in Ohio, and over 300 call Wahkeena home! Join naturalists for a midnight mothing foray where visitors can mill between the mothing sheet outdoors to a selection of live native Ohio caterpillars on display inside the nature center.
Suggested Audience
This program is for adults, ages 16+. Registration is not required.
What to Bring
Feel free to bring camera gear! Bring your own drinking water. By the time the program is over, the pathway to the parking lot may be very dark, so you may also want a flashlight to help you get back to your vehicle.
No Pets
Pets are never allowed in any nature preserve.
