Join Yoga in the Parks instructor Jeannie Spencer for an attention-restoring hike at Wahkeena Nature Preserve on Saturday, July 25, at 9am. We will explore the beautiful Casa Burro Trail, a serene route through lush forest and wetlands. This guided meditation is designed to show the scientifically-proven power of nature in restoring attention and calming the mind.


The hike will begin with a gentle movement practice, followed by a quiet one-mile, easy hike on the Casa Burro loop. It’s a wonderful opportunity to deepen your presence, relax your mind, and experience the restorative power of nature.
